TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I have thoroughly read the comprehensive information regarding the Sacred Feminine Retreat.

I understand that the Package Includes the following:

• Accommodation for 9 days

• Buffet breakfasts and dinners

• Daily yoga, bellydance, and a wide range of meditation practices and breathwork

• One complimentary tour

• One complimentary Ayurvedic massage of your choice (relaxation, abhyangam or sirodhara)

• Airport transfer from Goa to Digambara Yoga Centre

I acknowledge that arranging my own transportation to and from the retreat is solely my responsibility (except the transfer from Goa Airport to Digambara Yoga Centre). I understand that I will receive further instructions, including logistical details, before the Sacred Feminine Retreat.

In the event of retreat postponement or cancellation, participants will be eligible for a refund, minus a $30 administrative fee. However, in all other circumstances, including cancellation on my part, I understand that the $500 deposit and any final payments are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the Retreat is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances by the organizer. If I am unable to attend, I have the option to find a replacement for my spot and receive reimbursement or forfeit any payments made.

As an Early Bird or Late Bird participant, I acknowledge that I am availing myself of cost savings. If there remains an outstanding balance after the discount deadline, the total cost will revert to the next applicable discounted rate or the Last Chance price. The specific balance and due dates are contingent upon my chosen accommodations and other selections.

I voluntarily assume all risks and hazards associated with participating in this retreat and hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless Tais Derbasova and Ksenia Prokopieva/Sacred Feminine Retreat from any claims arising out of personal injury, loss, or death, both for myself and others. I have read and consent to the conditions stipulated in this form.

I comprehend and acknowledge that while attending the Sacred Feminine Retreat, I will be treated as a responsible adult. Therefore, I am expected to be aware of the nature of our activities, mindful of my own physical limitations and conditions, and assume full responsibility for my actions and involvement in all activities. I will prioritize my safety and that of the other group members. I also acknowledge that Tais Derbasova and Ksenia Prokopieva/Sacred Feminine Retreat do not provide medical or accident insurance coverage, nor insurance for personal property loss, and I am responsible for arranging such coverage.
