Learning Belly Dance is a beautiful art form that's great for health and fitness. It's a fun and enjoyable way to exercise your body, to express your creativity and to feel good.

Tais's Belly Dance classes range from teenagers through to mature age ladies, it's never too late to start Belly Dance.

Be prepared to forget about your daily problems and commitments and get taken away with beautiful music, sensual moves and have a few laughs along the way during each one hour lesson.

Tais teaches public group belly dance classes at dance studios in Sunnynook on the North Shore as well as classes in Central Auckland. 


  • $17 casual (drop in) class (no booking needed)
  • $80 (save $5) - concession for 5 classes
  • $140 (save $30) - concession for 10 classes (attend 1 class per week)
  • $240 (save $100) - concession for 20 classes (attend any 2 classes per week)
  • $300(save $210) - concession for 30 classes (attend any 3 classes per week)

*PLEASE NOTE! All concession cards are valid for one term only! The students are required to buy a new card, once a new term starts, even if therer are unattended classes left on the previous term's card.


I love coming to belly dance, I look forward to it during the day. My arms are starting to look hot and I love the new way I can move. I feel much more feminine and confident in my body, all thank to Belly Dance! ...and it’s fun too!!!
